Job description

• You manage and coordinate the support and maintenance department of our company
• You communicate with our Belgian and  international clients and report to the operations manager
• You handle the incoming issues with the help of a team of competent developers
• You make sure all incoming issues are dealt with, and handled in a professional and efficient manner
• You update existing project documentation and log all actions

Your profile

• You have at least two years’ experience in managing IT projects
• You know how to prioritize incoming requests
• You are a problem solver and a team player
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
• You have exellent people skills and are a professional in customer relations
• You are pro-active, punctual and get things done
• You have a bachelor degree or higher
